The Acti'Sens range and new unique and enveloping flavor signatures based on dairy notes and their variations
Customized, high-performance flavoring solutions for each of your sugar- and fat-reduced finished product matrices with our Acti’Sens range . It is demonstrated in a cookie and can be duplicated in all other bakery products such as muffins, madeleines and brioches which you would have to develop, or in your drinks.
Metarom also offers specific flavor signatures based on dairy and creamy notes, for more intense flavors or sweeter notes to enhance your yellow pasta.
New: solutions to deal with crises occurring with certain commodities, including cocoa
In response to rising cocoa prices and the need for manufacturers to limit the cocoa content of their finished products, Metarom is launching its brand new range of cocoa substitutes and its ultra-gourmet variations.
The aim is to enjoy the same rich, chocolaty flavor with a perfect balance between depth and sweetness that is typical of cocoa. Our strength lies in our ability to rebalance the overall flavor balance and reinforce cocoa markers. We'll be demonstrating this with a 30% cocoa-reduced muffin.
Our range of fillings for ice cream is expanding for consumers seeking ever more gourmet products
Demand for healthy vegan products continues to grow this year in European markets, where consumers are looking for ingredients that are as tasty as they are healthy and clean-labeled.
To broaden its range and respond to this underlying and lasting trend, Metaromwill let you taste its new vegan coconut caramelized filling, ready to tickle the taste buds of ice cream fans, as well as its iconic high-quality flavor signatures of hazelnut chocolate and salted caramel. All these fillings are ready to be used in your new ice cream creations.
Unique masking flavors thanks to our eco-designed range.
Masking flavors enhanced by flavor signatures will also be featured in vegan beverages.
Metarom offers high-quality gourmet flavor signatures adapted to the European market for these increasingly popular beverages. The use of a masking flavor removes the strong taste of oats, while flavoring with our eco-designed NFX made from cocoa shells adds an original gourmet touch.
New: our essential ranges
The creation of these essential ranges was prompted by a particular focus on the needs of our customers and the different markets we serve:
Following an analysis of aromatic trends and, in particular, the top flavors in each of these sectors, we have created an essential range of the top 10 flavor notes in their main applications.
These 10 notes have been tested and characterized for some twenty leading applications.
If we take bakery as an example, you will find that there are already 3 essential ranges for the cookie, bakery products and breakfast cereal sectors respectively.
These notes are ready to use for testing in your matrices and finished product recipes. Please feel free to ask us for samples.
These ranges will be available in our new EXTRANET, a new tool designed with and by our customers, dedicated entirely to their enjoyment of the Metarom experience.
