#1 24-hour self-service access to your administrative documents
You can easily access all your Metarom administrative documents 24 hours a day via the “vos achats” menu, which allows you to track your operations from quotation to invoice, including dispatch notes and delivery notes.
You’ll have direct access to Technical Data Sheets and Safety Data Sheets, as well as any useful information relating to your ordered or sampled products (e.g. your certificates of analysis, kosher, halal, etc.).
#2 Share your projects and monitor them live
You can share your flavour, extract and caramel project briefs with us and quickly order the product you need. A sample shipment tracking tool will be available to save you time.

Order samples of products you’ve already bought or sampled in just a few clicks, and track their shipment and specifics in the blink of an eye.
