Metarom France certified Great Place To Work® for the third consecutive year

We are proud to announce that Metarom France has been certified Great Place To Work® for the third consecutive year.

This recognition confirms a commitment we have been pursuing for several years: building a work environment based on respect, fairness, trust, and conviviality.

Based in Boves, in the Hauts-de-France region, we create, manufacture, and distribute flavoring solutions and caramels for the food industry. Beyond our expertise, this certification also reflects what drives us every day: our teams, our company culture, and our shared ambition to move forward together.

Recognition driven by our employees

The Great Place To Work® certification is based on a questionnaire sent to employees, covering five key dimensions of quality of life at work: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

This year, we achieved over 90% positive responses, with a participation rate higher than in previous years.

Among the key strengths highlighted by our employees were:

  • the onboarding of new employees;
  • fair treatment within teams;
  • respect for everyone, without distinction;
  • the sharing of company profits;
  • the quality of our work environment.

These results encourage us to continue the actions we have been implementing for several years to make Metarom a workplace where everyone can find their place, grow, and contribute to a shared project.

A company culture built over time

For us, quality of life at work is not limited to a certification. It is built over time through concrete actions, attention to each employee’s career path, and a commitment to maintaining a stable, respectful, and stimulating work environment.

In March 2026, we signed a Workforce and Career Path Management agreement, known in France as GEPP, to further structure career paths and dedicated training programs.

Our objective is clear: to support our employees in their development, strengthen skills, and give everyone the opportunity to be part of Metarom’s long-term story.

An active recruitment dynamic

This certification comes in a context of active recruitment. Since the beginning of 2026, 17 new employees have joined us.

We are continuing this momentum, with several positions currently open at our Boves site.

At a time when candidates are increasingly attentive to the work atmosphere, the values upheld by their future employer, and opportunities for development, this recognition sends a strong signal.

A collective source of pride

“This third consecutive Great Place To Work® certification reflects the in-depth work we have been carrying out for several years on fairness, respect, and inclusion. I am proud that our employees experience this so concretely in the survey results. This company culture is also what enables us today to attract new talent in a context of active recruitment.”

— Léa Bernard, Human Resources Director, Metarom France

This certification is above all a collective source of pride. It reflects the commitment of our teams and their contribution to making Metarom France a company where people enjoy working, growing, and building the future together.
