The universe of drinks: room for innovation
Flavors amplified by essential oils that are specially formulated for your beverages
As consumers become increasingly health-conscious, the demand for natural, less sweetened beverages is exploding, and NoLow is becoming a lasting revolution in our drinking habits.
With its long-standing expertise in extraction processes, Metarom offers innovation to beverage manufacturers to formulate solutions that give consumers access to more authentic, clean-label beverages.
This innovation broadly aligns with the catchphrase "drink less, but better", which is currently the focus of laboratories and complex issues of players in the beverage industry: spirits, beers, non-alcoholic refreshing beverages (NARB) and also syrups (without a declarable additive code).
We'll introduce you to this innovative formulation through 4 variations of ginger-based beverages, featuring different solubilization techniques for the same essential oil to meet your most complex briefs quickly and efficiently.

Solutions to deal with the crisis in certain raw materials, including CACAO: optimize the production of nutritious, tasty muffins with maximum cost efficiency.
In response to rising cocoa prices and the need for manufacturers to limit the cocoa content of their finished products, Metarom is launching its brand new range of cocoa substitutes and its ultra-gourmet variations.
The aim is to enjoy the same rich, chocolaty flavor with a perfect balance between the depth and sweetness typical of cocoa. Our strength lies in our ability to rebalance the overall flavor balance and boost cocoa markers. We will be demonstrating this with muffins reduced by 30% cocoa for 2 cocoa profiles.

Explore our OUR ACTI'SENS RANGE,innovative solutions that respond to today's multidimensional trends, and discover our expert support for customized, nutritionally efficient flavor solutions for each of your sugar- and fat-reduced finished product matrices. The demonstration will be done with a cookie but can be duplicated in other dough and pastry products, such as the muffins, madeleines and brioches that you wish to create, and even in your drinks.

The creation of these essential ranges was prompted by a particular focus on the needs of our customers and the different markets we serve: Beverages, Cereals products, Dairy products, Ice creams and plant-based desserts, nutraceuticals and confectionery.
Following an analysis of flavor trends and, in particular, the top flavors in each of these sectors, we have compiled an essential range of the top 10 flavor notes in their main applications.
These 10 notes have been tested and characterized for some twenty leading applications.
If we take baked goods as an example, you will find to date 3 essential ranges for the cookie, yellow dough (madeleines, cakes, etc.) and breakfast cereal sectors respectively.
These tried-and-tested quality notes are ready to use for testing in your matrices and finished product recipes. Please do ask us for samples!
