How we helped a client in modifying the composition of a range of syrups with natural flavorings and clouding agents in 4 steps:

  • In sharing the client’s technical specifications and economic constraints
  • In dealing with additional questions: does the flavoring necessarily have to be organic in an organic finished product? Taking into account Kosher certification.
  • In organizing a “flavor class” to learn about the technical and regulatory issues regarding the labelling of flavorings and their exportability
  • In developing customized solutions to meet the initial specifications and testing the applications by our expert panelists

RESULT: Natural flavorings and clouding agents have been provided so that the client could switch to a differentiating labelling
