Low-sugar, sweetener-free iced tea
How we helped a client in developing a “low-sugar” iced tea drink in 4 steps:
- In sharing nutrition objectives, flavoring challenges, and the recipe itself
- In developing applications by our experts, using our range of natural active flavor solutions, Acti’Boost SWEET (a natural flavoring used to boost the sweet mouthfeel)
- In adjusting the recipe and carrying out a sensory analysis within an inside panel
- In adjusting and customizing in real time( à supprimer) the flavorings selected during a dedicated workshop on our premises
